CityWideCard offers an executive discount card membership with unique benefits to its members. The card, CityWideCard, is an annually renewable card that provides its' members significant discounts at hundreds of business establishments such as restaurants, retail and specialty stores. In exchange for offering discounts to citywidecard holders, merchants gain access to a large number of additional customers and increase their repeat business based on the multi-use nature of their discounts. CityWideCard provides clear and significant value to both cardholders and merchants.

Merchant agrees to offer a discount for products and/or services to all citywidecard holders on a "multi-use" basis. For the purpose of this Agreement the term "multi-use" is defined as a minimum of one (1) use of each discount per day.

CityWideCard agrees to introduce participating merchants and their discount(s) to the CityWideCard members using several methods:

A website which is frequently updated Marketing material that may be generated and sent to fundraising committees, new homeowners or to individual card holders. Additional forms of advertisement the company deems appropriate.

CityWideCard agrees to, free of charge, display the merchant's name, phone number, address(es) with map(s), discount and a hyperlink to the merchant's own website if desired.

Both parties agree that either party has the right to cancel this agreement at anytime for any reason by giving written notice to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to cancellation.
